In less than a year of training with him, I crossed off a major bucket list item and fought in my first exhibition fight at Soho House, Chicago. In the process of working out with Kale, I lost 25 pounds, ran my first half marathon at sub 9min miles (another bucket list) and am looking to run the Chicago marathon in 2018.
