We've been working with Kale for almost an entire year now, and have each experienced a drastic transformation in our strength, mental clarity and Boxing skill set. We loved working out with Kale so much we increased our sessions from once per week to two times per week. We both experienced back pain due to previous injuries, however since working with Kale on increasing our hip, glutes and core strength we've seen an unbelievable decrease in pain, discomfort and reoccurring irritation. His workouts are always catered to our specific needs, and the incorporated boxing component is a blast!
